Hey do u know any really healthy food that helps brain concentration? I'm a recovering anorexic and really need energy for exams but I'm scared! Thanks xxx
First of all, I want to say I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, only a student who tries to live in a healthy way. To answer you’re question, I think a good source of energy is bread and rice. I know for some people it could be a bit scary, but it will work very well and trust me, a little bit of bread will never make you fat! Otherwise you can eat proteins like eggs, milk, chicken, turkey: very healthy and it will also give you energy. Fish is also a very good plan during exams, because the omega 3 will feed your brain. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit (that contains natural sugar) and most important of all, never skip a meal!
